Section 2 -Prices
Taxes are included in the prices mentioned (20% VAT) and can undergo changes by the Seller with no advance warning.
If the Customer has a VAT Reg. No. (European Tax Identification Number) and has a FIFPE registration on-line, prices will be automatically calculated and shown without Italian taxes
If the Customer does not have a VAT Reg. No. (European Tax Identification Number), Italian taxes (20%)will be included in the prices shown.
For Extra CEE Customers, prices shown are without Italian 20% taxes.

Section 3 - Payment
Shipments abroad are only against prepayment.
After sending us the order the Buyer will be contacted to arrange delivery terms, (cost of shipment, carrier costs) at that stage a Bank Transfer can be made for the total sum stated on the invoice (value of items + forwarding costs).
These agreements are valid unless other agreements have been made between the Buyer and Seller.

Section 4 - Offers and Conditions of Agreement
All offers made by the Seller are not binding and subject to availability, unless expressly specified when purchasing.

Section 5 - Delivery and Lead times.
Deliveries are carried out with short lead times, generally within 5 days after reception of order, unless communicated otherwise by us.
Mentioned delivery lead time is approximate and should not be taken as a contractual obligation. Any delay in delivery does not mean the Buyer has the right to cancel the order, to refuse the goods or claim damage or interest.

Section 6 - Delivery Conditions
Express Couriers or Hauliers are used for deliveries carried out both in Italy and abroad and this is at the Buyer's risk. Upon reception of the goods in case of any nonconformity regarding the integrity or quantity of items as mentioned in the Delivery Note (Bill of Lading), a claim should be lodged with the carrier, and later with the sender with no undue delay.

The only court of competent jurisdiction in case of any controversies is The Law Court of Turin.

Section 7- Partial delivery
The Seller can carry out partial deliveries of the goods. Furthermore the seller is authorized to invoice each of the deliveries separately. The customer will not be charged for any additional transport costs.

Section 8 Retention of Title
Any product delivered by the seller shall remain the property of the seller until the total value of the goods have not been paid for.

Section 9 - Taking back of Goods
FIFPE snc accepts returned items within 7 days of delivery of the same goods, with no charges applied, prior agreements taken with the Company.

If goods are returned after the 7 days (considering the shipment date), 10% of the total value of the goods will be deducted.

The goods travel at the expense of the Buyer, in its original packaging and together with specific references to our Delivery Note.

Section 10 - Delivery by Courier Service or Hauliers
FIFPE snc has prearrangements with several Couriers and Hauliers and thereby chooses the most appropriate and advantageous one, according to the place of delivery and total weight of the shipment.
Customers who wish to use their Hauliers are requested to inform the Seller when making the purchase.
For shipments abroad we seek the best solution according to the specific case.

Section 11 - Use and Guarantee
A) The Seller guarantees against material defects and workmanship, the good quality of its delivered products.
B) The Seller does not guarantee its products if sold to other companies, if not explicitly indicated.
C) Products supplied by the seller must be exclusively used for horseshoeing.
D) Damages caused by improper use or abuse are not covered by the guarantee.
